Our Story

Our story involves grit and learning that all sorts of extraordinary situations can be overcome when perseverance reigns and humour is the default coping mechanism. Little did we know back in 2021 that the symbolism of the Phoenix being reborn from the ashes would become our actual story of survival catapulting us into the next 2 years.
